kickin' off thanksgiving
I did the turkey tri this morning and it was lots of fun. Thanks to Shayla, my friend who is super nice, because she let me borrow her road bike for the event. The course is a great one, except for a brutally steep hill that you have to bike up twice. And whereas this sign shows the bike going down the steep hill,

Yes, that was a brutal hill! I absolutely hated that part. The rest was good though. It's too bad I didn't see you! There were a LOT of people.
ReplyDeleteyou are simply amazing. one day, maybe i'll be amazing and we can do a triathlon together. do they ever have tandem road bikes competing? because that might be the only way i could get up those hills - with you pedaling at the front!
